Like hands, I love reflections — you might never have guessed given this blog’s title.  Reflections in windows.  Reflections in puddles.  Reflections in the eyes of those I love.  I will take them wherever I can find them.

I am intrigued by the juxtaposition of the real and its echo.  The reflection recasts and reinterprets the essence of its source, revealing something similar but distinctly new.  And sometimes I need that shift to refocus on and to see the real with greater clarity.
